Terms of use of the site
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are between you, the end user of the BL Trading Website, and BL Ltd. Changes to the law or BL Business may require changes to the Terms from time to time ("Amended Terms"), so BL encourages you to periodically review the Terms for any such changes, and it is your responsibility to carefully read, agree and accept the Terms and Privacy Policy of the Website (the "Privacy Policy") each time you use the Website, and your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance to comply with the latest version of the Terms. If you do not agree to (or are unable to comply) with the Terms, do not use this website.
If you decide to register on the Website, you will be required at the time of registration on the Website and as a registered user, to read and accept these Terms carefully. You will be alerted each time there is a change to the Terms to accept the amended Terms before you can continue to purchase a product from the Website.
2. User Conduct and Content
You agree to comply with all applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by using the Website, and acknowledge that you are fully responsible for ensuring that you have been informed of and comply with these requirements.
The Website may provide opportunities for users to post comments, other comments, questions, suggestions and other information ("User Content") on or through this Website by email or telephone, or otherwise disclosed, provided or displayed in connection with your use of the Website. You warrant that any such User Content you have posted on the Website is correct (and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others), and you hereby grant BL Trading Company a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use said User Content as desired by BL Trading Company, including without limitation, copying, modifying, deleting all of said User Content or/ Adapt, publish, translate, copy derivative works from, sell, distribute such User Content and/or integrate such User Content with any model, media or technology worldwide, without reference to you, and hereby waive any moral rights in such User Content. You agree that you will not post any content that violates public morals, is defamatory, rioting, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates public morals or the law.
BL Trading Company shall have the right to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, copy derivative works from, publish, display or distribute any User Content you have included for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation and without any compensation to you in any way. BL Trading Company is not obligated in any way to: (1) maintain the confidentiality of any User Content; (2) pay any compensation to a User for any User Content; and (3) respond to any User Content.
You agree that any User Content you post on the Website will not be contrary to the Terms or any third party's right, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, confidential right(s) and other personal or proprietary rights, and not to cause harm to any person or entity. 3. Account and Registered User:
In order to purchase any products from the Website, you may either register on the Site and create a password-secured account ("Account") or place an order without creating an account, i.e. as a "guest". Any account you create is considered your personal account, and you may not transfer it to anyone else. Your registration or order submission (as a guest) is completed after you accept the Terms, and the Terms apply each time you place an order to purchase any product from email.
In the event of registering and creating an account, you become a "Registered User", and in order to become a registered user or to place an order for any product from the Website as a guest, you must be 21 years of age or older, and that you provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you in all its details (including name, date of birth, e-mail address, credit card details and other data) as required during the account creation process or at the time of placing the purchase order for the Site. Electronic as a guest. If you are under the age of 21, you may use this website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. BL Trading assumes no liability to anyone for any loss or damage that may arise from any failure on your part to protect your password or account. If BL Trading determines for any reason that security breaches or misuse of the Website are likely, then we may require you to change your password or suspend your account without incurring any responsibility for this.
Services, purchase orders, setting prices and payment:
Services include:
(a) make the Website available to you to purchase any Products;
(b) provide a logistics company with experience in collecting, transporting and delivering purchased products to you ("Logistics Supplier");
(c) Customer support for BL Trading Company, which will allow you to communicate with BL Trading Company through customer phone 0507018846 or [email protected] email to have any queries you have regarding the product(s) you have purchased.
You agree to pay the full amount due for the Product as set out during the purchase order placement process, including the cost and transportation expenses incurred in connection with this purchase order. All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals.
BL Trading Company will not accept your purchase order for products in case
(a) Out of stock.
(b) Bl Trading Company could not obtain payment authorization from you.
(c) Shipping restrictions apply to a particular product.
(d) If the BL Trading Company finds an error in a product or price.
(e) for any other reason at the sole discretion of BL Trading Company. In any of the following cases, BL Trading will notify you of the non-acceptance of your purchase order, will not proceed with the payment process, and will not be liable to you or third parties as a result of our decision to refuse or cancel the purchase order or suspend any transaction after the order has commenced.
A transmission error may occur that may result in the purchase process being disrupted, and you agree to cooperate with BL Trading Company to resolve these issues, and you agree that BL Trading Company has full authority to make the appropriate decision in such cases.
All payments made by credit/debit cards are subject to validation by the issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment, BL Trading will cancel your order and contact you to find an alternative payment method. BL Trading Company is not responsible if this results in a delay in the dispatch of your goods/products.
All billing and registration information must be true and accurate, and providing any incorrect or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms. By confirming your order at the end of the process, you agree to accept and pay for the ordered product(s).
Certain purchase orders may constitute improper use of the Website and its services, and BL Trading reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase order for any reason. BL Trading Company may, in its sole discretion, block or cancel your account for any reason.
In the event that an incorrect price is listed on a Product as a result of a pricing error, BL Trading Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any purchase order placed for such Product. In the event of an error in product pricing, BL Trading Company may, at the discretion of BL Trading Company, either contact you for your instructions or cancel your purchase order and notify you of such cancellation.
BL Trading Company reserves the sole discretion to limit the quantity of products purchased per person, per household or per purchase order, and such restrictions may apply to a purchase order placed from the same account or credit card, as well as to purchase orders using the same invoice or shipping address.
5. Shipping
In order for BL Trading to take the necessary measures to deliver any products purchased to you, you are solely responsible for providing correct and accurate postal data.
The risk of loss of the products you purchase through the Website and their ownership passes to you as soon as you receive the products purchased by the logistics supplier.
BL Trading is not responsible for any delays in shipping the Product(s) ordered or purchased or the Lost or Product(s) or Product(s) delivered to you improperly, due to your fault or due to inaccuracy, incorrectness or incompleteness of the information provided by you.
All products undergo quality control and inspection for defects before sending them to you. If you receive a product in poor condition, please write to us immediately and arrange for the defective product to be returned to us.
6. Returns
Bl Trading Company wishes you to have a happy buying experience, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Bl Trading Company will refund you the value of your purchase within thirty (30) days of delivery of your purchased products. Please see the returns policy available on the website and the important information in clause 11. Products purchased through the website that are returned must be new, not previously used, in their original packaging associated with the original invoice, provided that all product labels are still fixed in place. BL Trading Company may not accept receipt of damaged, soiled or altered returns and may be sent to you.
All properly returned products will be refunded to the original owner and credited to the respective credit/debit card account or transaction bank account after deducting applicable bank charges (if any). If you find an error in the value of your refunded, please write to us.
Please note that it may take up to thirty (30) business days for your bank to complete the process, depending on when the processing was initiated, and this period may vary significantly between card issuers, so BL Trading will not be held responsible for any delays in refunds by card issuers, and BL Trading Company makes no guarantees of any kind as to the correctness of the refunds or the timing of their arrival at Customer bank card/account, due to the multiplicity of institutions involved in conducting online transactions, problems with the Internet infrastructure available at the present time, and working days/holidays of financial institutions.
