La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo+M was developed with the help of microbiome science and works effectively against pimples, blackheads, and other skin impurities.

The new active ingredient Phylobioma is scientifically proven to target the cause of impurities, mitigate the overproduction of sebum, and soothe the skin's appearance. In addition, niacinamide helps fade the appearance of dark spots and pigmentation and soothes the skin.
